Overview
The Reserved Entry Performance report shows how reserved entry groups across your events are filling up. A reserved entry is a block of places held for a specific partner — a charity, a corporate sponsor, or another organization — who commits to filling those spots. The report answers two key questions: how much of each group’s capacity has been claimed, and which partners still have places left to fill.Opening the report
From your organizer dashboard, go to Reports, find Reserved Entry Performance in the report library, and click it. The report opens with the Reserved Entry Group Performance template loaded by default.Report templates
The Reserved Entry Performance report comes with three built-in templates. Switch between them using the template selector at the top of the report.Reserved Entry Group Performance

One row per event occurrence. Use this view for an event-level summary of all reserved entry activity. Columns include:Reserved Entry Partner Performance

You can filter any template further — for example, to a specific event or partner — using the filter controls. To see reserved entry performance for a single event, open the Reserved Entry Group Performance or Reserved Entry Event Performance template and filter by event occurrence. Export the current view as a CSV using the export control. To save a filtered or customized view, choose Save as a Custom Report and give it a name — it will appear in your Custom Reports tab.The Partner Performance template automatically filters to groups with a
partner assigned. To see all groups regardless of partner, use the Group
Performance template instead.
