The HotelPlanner integration is configured by the Let’s Do This team for
eligible events. Contact your account manager to set it up for your event. By
default, the same HotelPlanner link is used across all of your events — ask
your account manager if you’d like a different link set up for a specific
event.
What you earn
Every hotel booked through your HotelPlanner link earns you money, with no extra work on your part. You receive 50% of the commission HotelPlanner collects on each booking — typically around $10 (or £8) per booking. Your share is paid into your Stripe account on a quarterly basis.Where participants see hotel options
On your event page
The Hotels & Accommodation section appears below the event details. It includes a short description and a Find your room link that opens a pre-filtered HotelPlanner search for your venue.After completing a purchase
On the confirmation screen shown immediately after a successful registration, a Race day ready hotels card invites participants to explore accommodation. Clicking Explore hotels opens HotelPlanner in a new tab with location, check-in, and check-out pre-filled.On the manage booking page
The same hotel card is shown when participants view or manage their booking, so they can find accommodation even if they didn’t book it during checkout.In a follow-up email
Participants may also get an email after registering, inviting them to book a hotel through HotelPlanner. It links to the same pre-filled search as the other placements.Suggested dates
