Events
The landing page when you open the dashboard. It shows all your events as cards, with quick actions available from the ⋯ menu on each card — including Edit event, View event page, Marketing links, Repeat event, and Make a copy. Use the Create new event button at the top to start a new event. Selecting an event opens an event-level navigation panel inside the sidebar, covering:- Entries — Startlist, Reserved, and Applications (where enabled)
- Manage event — the event setup screens
- Data & Insights — per-event Analytics and Reports
- Waves and capacity
- Volunteers — Recruitment Setup and Sign-ups
- Participant settings
- Transactional emails — Event and Registration email campaigns
- Race day — Participant fields, Participant data upload, and Bib validation
- Cancel or postpone
Data & Insights
Organization-wide analytics and reports. Contains:- Analytics — charts and trends across your events
- Reports — exportable data tables for registrations, financials, and more
Add-ons
Manage merchandise and other add-ons sold alongside your events:- Sales — view all add-on purchases
- Products — create and edit the add-ons available for sale
Marketing
Tools for driving registrations and communicating with participants:- Discount codes — create and manage promo codes
- Bulk buy discount — configure multi-registration discounts
- Credits — issue and track account credits
- Bundles — group events into bundle offers
- Referrals — set up referral programs
- Email marketing — Email campaigns, Email templates, Audiences, and Analytics

The dashboard supports keyboard shortcuts for navigating quickly without leaving your keyboard. Most shortcuts work from any page in the dashboard.Opening the command bar
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open the command bar. From there you can search for events, customers, registrations, discount codes, and reports, and use navigation commands by typing.Navigation shortcuts
These shortcuts navigate directly to the corresponding page — no command bar needed:
Sequential shortcuts (two-key sequences like
g then e) must be pressed within half a second of each other. Shortcuts are available when you have full read access to the account; they are not available to event-restricted users.
