Nova needs to be enabled for your account before you can use it. If Nova
doesn’t appear in your dashboard sidebar, contact your technical account
manager to get set up.
Opening Nova
There are two ways to open Nova in the dashboard:- Dedicated page: click Nova in the dashboard sidebar to open the full-page chat view.
- AI Assistant: on any event page, click the AI Assistant button to open Nova as a panel on the right-hand side of the screen, so you can chat without leaving the page you’re on.
Asking a question
When you start a new chat, Nova shows a few suggestion categories to help you get going. Click a category to see a list of pre-written questions you can send with one click. Or type your own question in the chat input and press Enter, or click Send. You can also tap the microphone icon to ask your question by voice. Once you start typing, the microphone icon is replaced by the Send button. What you can ask Nova about
Nova connects data from across your account, so you can ask about far more than headline numbers. It can also join data across areas in a single answer. For example, you can ask how average order value differs by demographic, or whether a recent email drove add-on sales.- Registrations: sign-ups, sales pace, and year-over-year trends.
- Revenue: earnings, ticket performance, and average order value.
- Demographics: participant profile, gender split, age, and diversity.
- Marketing and ads: Meta Ads performance and ROAS, plus email campaign results.
- Capacity: how close a race is to selling out and how many spaces remain.
Proactive insights and follow-ups
Nova doesn’t only answer when asked. On your home page, it surfaces proactive insights each week across your events, drawing on registrations, ads, traffic, discount code usage, and progress toward your goals. You can also ask Nova to revisit an analysis later. It will check back in and let you know what changed.- “Analyze how my registration numbers are performing and follow up with me in a week to let me know what has changed.”
