Let’s Do This gives you a set of tools designed to help you grow registrations, increase revenue, and make booking easier for your participants. Whether you’re running a single 10K or managing a full race series, enabling the right features can make a significant difference to your results. Most take just minutes to set up.

1. Bulk buy discounts

Encourage group bookings by offering a discount when multiple tickets are bought in the same transaction — for example, buy 3 tickets and get 20% off. This taps into social motivation and makes it easier for participants to bring others along. It’s ideal for running clubs, friends, or family groups. You can enable bulk buy discounts directly from your dashboard. See Bulk buy discounts for setup instructions.

2. Multibuy

Multibuy lets participants purchase multiple tickets in one transaction. They can mix and match ticket types — for example, booking both the 5K and 10K at the same event, or signing up for your September and October races at once. This lets you cross-sell your other events and saves participants time by making a single transaction rather than several. Using multibuy and bulk buy discounts together can uplift total ticket revenue per transaction by up to 10%. You can enable multibuy directly from your dashboard.

3. Price changes

Create different price levels for your tickets that change automatically over time — no manual updates needed. For example:
  • Offer a Super Early Bird price for the first 100 registrations.
  • Run a short-time sale to create a buzz.
  • Add a Last Chance price with a clear message at checkout to drive urgency.
You can trigger price changes based on a specific date, the number of tickets sold, or both. Once set up, everything happens automatically. Urgency banners appear during checkout to encourage participants to book sooner — these banners increase conversion by 1.62% compared to no banners.

4. Payment plans

Payment plans let participants spread the cost of their ticket over smaller monthly payments instead of paying everything upfront. For example, a £75 ticket could become three payments of £25. This makes your event more affordable and accessible, helping people commit earlier. Turning on payment plans has increased conversions by 7%, and the uplift is even larger for higher-priced events. See Payment plans for full setup instructions, including how to set a maximum number of installments and a last payment date.

5. Refund Protect

Refund Protect is an optional add-on participants can purchase at checkout. It lets them claim a refund if they can’t attend due to illness, injury, or travel disruption — they claim directly through Refund Protect, which means fewer refund requests landing with you. You earn 25% of the protection fee every time a participant adds Refund Protect to their booking. Turning it on grows your revenue by an average of 1%. You can enable Refund Protect directly from your dashboard.

6. Bundles

Bundles let you sell multiple events together as one package, often at a special price. For example, a “3-Race Series Pass — save 20%” where participants sign up for all three events in one go. Bundles help you sell more tickets, grow your event series, and give participants great value in a single smooth transaction. Organizers using bundles have increased tickets sold by 4–10% within one year. See Bundles for more information. To enable bundles on your events, contact partnersuccess@letsdothis.com.

7. Fast Checkout

Fast Checkout streamlines the booking process by collecting only essential buyer and payment information upfront — participant details can be filled in later. This is especially useful for large group bookings, where requiring full details for every participant up front slows things down. Fast Checkout makes group bookings up to 75% faster and drives 32% higher conversion for orders of 5 or more tickets. You can enable Fast Checkout directly from your dashboard.

8. Marketing opt-ins

Collecting marketing permissions from new registrations helps you build a database of past and potential participants you can re-engage year after year — without starting from scratch each time you promote a new event. Growing your list means you’re building a loyal community, not just one-off customers. You can turn this on by updating your settings in the dashboard.

9. Marketing emails

The marketing email feature lets you create and send emails to participants who have opted in to hear from you, directly from Let’s Do This — no need to export your data to a separate platform. You can choose who to send to using audience segmentation, use pre-built templates or build from scratch, schedule your sends, and track performance including how many recipients went on to book. You can access marketing emails from your organizer dashboard.
Each of these features is built to help you grow — from boosting sign-ups with bulk discounts to increasing revenue through bundles and payment plans. Most take just a few minutes to set up, and the impact can be significant, with some organizers seeing up to 10% more revenue per transaction.
