The Startlist and the Customers tab
The Startlist is per-event. Open any event in your dashboard and select Entries → Startlist in the sidebar. It shows every participant booked for that specific event, with their entry status, ticket, and booking details. The Startlist is where you take action on individual entries — issuing refunds, initiating transfers, exporting the participant list, and more. The Export option sits alongside it in the same Entries section. The Customers tab is organizer-wide. Select Customers from the sidebar to see participant data across all your events. All customers opens individual customer profiles — their registrations, memberships, account credits, and email history. All registrations gives you a flat view of every booking across all events. If you know which event a participant is in, start from the Startlist. If you want to look up a specific person across all your events, use the Customers tab.Viewing bookings
From a specific event — open the event and go to Entries → Startlist. Every participant who has booked is listed with their entry status, ticket, and booking date. Click any entry to open the full booking. Across all events — go to Customers → All customers and search by the participant’s email address. Their profile shows two tables:- Registrations — one row per event entry, showing the participant’s name, event, race or category, booking status, and event date.
- Memberships — one row per membership, showing the tier, plan, policy status, membership status, and the date the membership was created.
- View startlist — opens the event’s Startlist filtered to this participant in a new tab.
- Edit booking — opens the booking management page in a new tab. This action requires write access to your organization.
Exporting bookings
You can export a full list of participants for any event as a file — useful for race-day check-in, fulfillment, or sharing with timing providers.1
Open the event export page
In your organizer dashboard, open the event and select Export from the Entries section of the sidebar.
2
Configure and download
Choose the columns you want to include, then click Export. The file downloads to your device once it is ready.
Exports are generated on demand. For large events, the download may take a few
moments to prepare.
Editing participant details
You can update a participant’s registration details — such as form answers or emergency contact information — after they have booked.1
Open the booking
From the event Startlist, or from the participant’s profile in the Customers tab, open their booking.
2
Verify the participant's email
On the booking management page, click Manage. You are prompted to enter the participant’s email address to confirm their identity before making changes.
3
Edit the registration
Click Edit your registration. The registration form opens with the participant’s current answers pre-filled. Update the fields you need to change and continue.
Resending confirmation emails and receipts
If a participant did not receive their booking confirmation or payment receipt — or needs either resent to a different address — you can action this from the booking.1
Open the resend dialog
From the booking management page or the event Startlist, select Resend confirmation email or Resend receipt email.
2
Choose where to send it
By default, the email is resent to the address on the booking. To send it to a different address — for example, if the participant has changed their email — check Send to a different email and enter the new address.
3
Send
Click Resend email. A confirmation message appears when it has been sent.
Participant email history
The Customers tab gives you a full record of every email your organization has sent to a participant — confirmations, campaigns, and other notifications — so you can see what they received and when.1
Open the participant profile
Go to Customers → All customers and search by the participant’s email address.
2
Open an email
Select any email in the list to open it. The detail panel shows:
- The campaign name.
- Delivery tracking — whether the email was delivered, opened, or had any link clicks, with timestamps for each event.
- A full preview of the email as the participant received it.
3
Resend to a different address (optional)
If you need to forward a specific email to an alternative address — for example, after the participant updated their email — enter the new address in the Send to field and confirm.
