Nova can draft a full Let’s Do This email campaign from a single conversation. Describe the audience you want to reach, and Nova builds the segment from your registration and participant data, creates a draft campaign, and generates the email content. When it’s ready, Nova hands you off to your dashboard to preview the campaign and send it. Nothing goes out automatically. Everything is created as a draft, so you have the final say on when it sends. This is useful when you want to reach a precise group that would be fiddly to build by hand, such as past participants who haven’t come back this year, or everyone who bought a specific ticket.

Building a campaign

Ask Nova to build a campaign and describe who you want to reach in plain language. Nova translates that description into an audience segment using the data it already knows about your participants.
  • “Can you build an email marketing campaign for me?”
  • “Email everyone who ran our half marathon last year but hasn’t signed up this year.”
Nova builds the segment, creates a draft campaign with that audience already selected, and drafts the email content. Review the segment and the copy in the conversation and ask for any changes. You can widen or narrow who’s included, or rework the subject line and body until the message is right.

Previewing and sending

When the draft is ready, Nova gives you a link to open the campaign in your dashboard. There you can preview it, make any final edits, and send it. Because Nova only ever creates a draft, the campaign never sends until you send it yourself. Campaigns you build with Nova use the same Let’s Do This email system as campaigns you create elsewhere in your dashboard, so delivery and reporting work the way you’re used to. You can then ask Nova how the campaign performed once it’s out.
  • “What was the open rate for my last email campaign?”
