Checkout branding lets you apply a custom visual theme to the checkout flow and post-booking pages that participants see when they register for your event. A branded checkout reinforces your event identity and gives participants a consistent experience from your marketing materials through to their confirmation page. Themes are configured at the organizer level and reused across events. You can apply an existing theme to an event, or create event-specific customizations.

Creating and managing themes

Themes live in your organizer settings. To manage them, open your dashboard and go to Branding in the organization settings area.
1

Create a new theme

Click Create new theme and give it a name. Themes are reusable — name them in a way that makes it easy to pick the right one when setting up events (for example, by brand or series name).
2

Configure checkout appearance

The Website configuration section controls how your brand appears in the checkout and post-booking flows:
  • Brand name — how your organization is referenced in checkout footers and automated messages.
  • Primary color — your main brand color, used for buttons and interactive elements.
  • Appearance — choose Light or Dark as the base theme for checkout and post-booking pages.
  • Background tint — tints the background and card surfaces throughout the checkout.
  • Checkout header logo — a square image (minimum 500×500 px, JPG or PNG) displayed in the header bar at the top of checkout. Use your event logo or organization logo.
  • Checkout header background color — the color behind your logo in the header bar.
  • Heading font — choose from a set of preset fonts for branded headings: Barlow Condensed, Oswald, Bebas Neue, Barlow, Montserrat, Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, Space Grotesk, DM Sans, Arial, and Helvetica. Contact your account manager if you need a custom font.
  • Heading color — the color used for branded headings in checkout.
3

Configure email appearance

The CRM configuration section controls how your brand appears in transactional and marketing emails:
  • Logo — your organization or brand logo, shown in email headers.
  • Button background color and Button text color — the color scheme for call-to-action buttons in emails.
  • Header text color — the color of text in the email header.
  • Body text color — the color of body text in emails.
  • Background color — the email background.
  • Font — the font used throughout the email.
  • Page background image — a background image for certain post-booking pages (minimum 1024×900 px).

Preview and save

As you make changes, a live preview on the right shows how the ticket selection page will look with your theme applied — including your logo, colors, and font on example event content.Click Save when you’re happy with the theme.

Applying a theme to an event

Once you have themes set up, apply one to a specific event from the event’s setup screen. On the event setup screen, go to Customize appearance. Select the theme you want to apply from the dropdown. The checkout for that event will immediately reflect the selected theme. To use a different look for one event without changing the global theme, select Custom from the dropdown and configure settings specific to that event occurrence.

Updating a theme

You can edit a theme at any time from Branding in your organizer settings. Changes apply immediately to any event that uses the theme.
If a theme is used by an active email campaign, updating it may affect emails that are in-progress or scheduled to send. Review any active campaigns before making significant changes to a shared theme.
