Every report in the Reports library can be exported as a CSV and saved as a custom report. Exports give you the data in a format you can open in a spreadsheet or import into another tool. Custom reports let you save a filtered, column-adjusted view so you can return to the same setup without rebuilding it each time.

Exporting data

Open any report in the Let’s Do This Reports tab, apply any filters or column selections you want, then click Export. A CSV file downloads immediately, containing exactly the rows and columns visible in the current view. Exports respect everything you have applied — date range filters, column selections, status filters, and any other active filters. Filter first, then export, if you want a narrower data set.

Filtering reports

Most columns support filters, and combining them lets you narrow a report down to exactly what you need. Filters work the same way across all reports — apply them before exporting or before saving as a custom report. The filter types available depend on the column: A few examples of what you can do:
  • Filter the Reserved Entry Group Performance report by Partner Name equals a specific charity to see only their allocation.
  • Filter Portfolio Performance by Event Title any of to compare two or three events side by side.
  • Filter the Financial report by Transaction Date after the start of your financial year to see revenue within a period.
  • Use Remaining Capacity greater than 0 to find reserved entry groups that still have places to fill.
  • Use Partner Name is empty to find reserved entry groups that have not been assigned to a partner yet.

Saving a custom report

A custom report is a saved version of any report with your chosen columns and filters baked in. Opening it later puts you straight into that view without needing to re-apply your settings.
1

Open a report and configure your view

On the Let’s Do This Reports tab, click the report you want to save. Use the column picker to show or hide columns and apply any filters you want to preserve.
2

Save as a Custom Report

Click Save as a Custom Report. A dialog opens asking you to name the report. Enter a name and click Save. The report is added to your Custom Reports tab.
3

Open your custom report

Go to the Custom Reports tab in Reports. Your saved reports appear here, listed by name. Click any row to open it — the report loads with your saved columns and filters already applied.

What gets saved

When you save a custom report, the following are preserved:
  • Your column selection — which columns are visible
  • Any active filters — date ranges, status, event occurrence, and other filter values
The data in a custom report is always live. Opening it shows the most current data matching your saved filters, not a snapshot from when you saved it. Custom reports are shared across your whole organization — anyone on your account can see, open, and edit them. The Custom Reports tab shows who created each report and when, so your team can see at a glance what views already exist before building new ones.
Date range filters use UTC. If your events run in a different timezone, keep this in mind when filtering by date — a day boundary in UTC may not match midnight in your local time.

Deleting a custom report

To remove a custom report you no longer need, open the Custom Reports tab, find the report in the list, and delete it. Deleting a custom report permanently removes it and cannot be undone. Deleting a custom report does not affect the underlying data or the original pre-built report it was based on.
If you want to update the filters or columns on an existing custom report, open it, make your changes, and choose Save to this report to overwrite the previous settings, or Save as a new report to create a separate version.
