# Event Performance

> Track registrations, revenue, add-on sales, and team growth across your event portfolio using the analytics reports.

<Info>
  The **Portfolio Performance** report requires financials access on your
  account. If you cannot see it, ask your account owner to grant you the
  necessary permissions.
</Info>

The analytics reports give you a portfolio-wide view of how your events are performing — registrations sold, revenue generated, add-on take-up, and the growth of team entries. Use these alongside the day-to-day operational reports to understand not just what is happening at an individual event level, but how your portfolio is trending over time.

Open **Reports** from the left navigation in your organizer dashboard. The analytics reports are tagged with the **Analytics** category badge on the **Let's Do This Reports** tab.

## Portfolio Performance

Portfolio Performance is your top-level view of ticket sales and revenue across all events.

You can view the data three ways:

| View         | What it shows                                       |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **By event** | Total ticket count and revenue per event occurrence |
| **By day** | Ticket count and revenue for each calendar day |
| **By month** | Ticket count and revenue for each calendar month |

Use **By event** to compare individual events side by side. The **By day** and **By month** views are useful for spotting sales velocity patterns — for example, whether registrations are clustering around price-change dates or spreading more evenly across the selling window.

## Add-on Performance

The **Add-on Performance** report shows how well your add-ons are selling, broken down by add-on type per event. Each row shows the total units sold and the revenue generated.

Use this report to identify which add-ons are most popular, see which events have the strongest add-on uptake, and inform decisions about what to offer at future events.

## Team Performance

The **Team Performance** report tracks team creation and membership growth. You can view data by month or by event occurrence.

Use this report to understand the group dynamic at your events — whether teams are forming early, and whether group registrations are growing across your portfolio.

## Filtering, saving, and exporting

All analytics reports support column selection and filtering. Use the filter controls to narrow the data to a specific event occurrence, date range, or other dimension.

To save a filtered or customized view for repeated use, choose **Save as a Custom Report** and give it a name. It appears in your **Custom Reports** tab and opens with the same columns and filters already applied.

To download the data, click **Export** to get a CSV of the current view.
