# Email digest reports

> Ask Nova to send you a regular email summary of your dashboard data — daily, weekly, or monthly.

Email digests are scheduled emails Nova sends you on a regular basis with a
summary of your dashboard data. Instead of logging in to check your numbers, the
numbers come to you. You set the frequency and timing once, and the emails arrive
automatically.

## Scheduling a digest

Ask Nova to set up a digest in plain language:

* "Send me a weekly summary of my registrations every Monday morning."
* "Set up a daily email with my revenue figures at 8am."
* "Email me a monthly dashboard report on the 1st of each month."

Nova confirms the details before setting anything up.

## The digest preview card

After you describe what you want, Nova shows a preview card with:

* The **frequency** — daily, weekly, or monthly (and the day of the month for
  monthly digests).
* The **first send date** — when the first email will arrive.
* The **timezone** used to schedule the sends.

Review the details. Click **Confirm** to save the schedule, or **Cancel** if you
want to change anything. You can also ask Nova to send you a preview email first
so you can see what the digest looks like before committing.

## Frequency options

| Frequency   | When it sends                                                    |
| ----------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Daily**   | Every day at the time you choose                                 |
| **Weekly**  | On the day of the week you choose, at the time you choose        |
| **Monthly** | On a specific day of the month (1st–28th) at the time you choose |

## Rescheduling a digest

To change the frequency, day, or time of an existing digest, ask Nova:

* "Change my weekly digest to Fridays instead."
* "Move my daily email to 9am."

Nova shows a new preview card with the updated schedule for you to confirm.

## Cancelling a digest

To stop receiving a digest, ask Nova to cancel it:

* "Cancel my weekly email digest."
* "Stop sending me the daily report."

Nova asks you to confirm before cancelling. Once confirmed, it replies to let you
know the digest has been stopped. If you change your mind at that point, Nova will
confirm whether the cancellation went through.
